Clean, lovely ambiance. Feels fancy but it’s still casual. Nice wait staff. Happy Hour deals are great and not your usual, boring, super greasy, and disgusting happy hour food. This food is tasty! But don’t worry, they still have deep fried and cheesy offerings too! My favorite dish is easily the GF Mac and Cheese! It may be my favorie Mac and Cheese in all of Portland. Mmm. Mmmm. Great combo of the perfect cheeses! Mmmmm.
Great Cocktails & Beautiful Atmosphere. Such a great spot for a refreshing (and decently priced) cocktail! The outdoor patio is very nicely done – the decor in the restaurant is fresh, elegant, and still comfortable. We had really friendly service and the kitchen is very flexible – willing to switch out certain veggies for others. Overall, just a nice experience. And you can’t beat the location!
Casual, Elegant & Scrumtious. Two visits to the North Light and it’s my new favorite. Their menu offerings make it hard to choose. I’ve had both dinner and brunch and can’t wait to go back. Drinks are inventive but not too crazy. The outside space is one of the best in the city and will surely be filled this summer so I’m taking a jacket and am taking advantage before it gets too popular. N. Portland doesn’t have anything like it – elegant and casual, high end but not too pricey. I’d love to see it stick around for a long time.
