This is the best neighborhood coffee shop for the Boise Eliot crowd! And for dogs too. They always have a bucket full of treats for furry friends. Woof! Saturdays is popping with cute baristas and good music!

The best coffee in town. Ristretto’s is doing it right. Can we make an LOL cat for that? Seriously though, I have been hooked on Ristretto’s since they first opened(the original shop up off o’ Fremont and 41st)and when they finally opened their north location I was excited for them but kept forgetting to go check it out. Finally I did and I really prefer the space in there-mostly since there is some vs. their cramped original digs. Bonuses: Sky light! Sufficient seating!Dog treats! Barista Rachel! and the other baristas, too, but Rachel started out at the original shop and it’s nice to see her. Warmed outdoor seating! Rhubarb galettes! But here is the thing kiddos, the coffee is damn tasty! Even when I have their coffee beans at home I still like to swing by and grab an Americano. It’s that good.
Love it!. I love this place, the coffee and the people that work there! I go to yoga in the building and my day does not get any better when I follow it up with a visit to Ristretto Roasters. The interiors is very cool and modern and you can’t beat the front patio facing Williams and people watching. I will be back many, many times- Thank you!
