I went in to build my own ice cream sandwich here. The line was out the door and moved pretty slow. When I got up to the counter I rushed through my order just hit finally get some ice cream and get out of the way. I ordered chocolate chip cookies with mexican chocolate ice cream, and then got a wheelie with sprinkles.I did not taste test the ice cream first like everybody else was, and I probably should have. People were up there taste testing it almost to the point of being obnoxious though, and having more than one taste. Give me a break! The ice cream was interesting. It seemed to have some sort of spice in it, maybe chili, that took away from the sweetness. When I think about it it was probably the best ice cream to go to chocolate chip cookies I wasn’t eating sweet on top of sweet on top of sweet.I appreciated that there was a water fountain where you can Self Serve Yourself.
