Best Happy Hour!. Uchu has an excellent happy hour menu (all day Mon-Wed!!) and everything is delicious! Pair it with beer or sake, it’s all good! Mississippi roll, geisha roll, and nasuyaki are amazingly delicious!! The food is always fresh, comes out right every time, and comes out pretty fast even though it’s HH and it’s packed!
One of the best sushi spots in town; love their California (deep fried) & dragon rolls…Delicious!!!…and prices are reasonable…Definitely recommend if you are a sushi lover…
I ordered two different types of rolls, both of which were good. Another time nigiri, also good. I usually eat sushi elsewhere, but Uchu serves up tasty sushi. The prices are a-ok. The service is great. Live music too, check out their website for details.
Went during Happy Hour. Super cheap plates. Service was so-so. Our table on the patio and the table of the women behind us both had significant and annoying wobbles. Albacore roll was tasty. So too was the calamari appetizer. Some rolls were not especially flavorful. At happy hour prices: yes. Regular hours: no.
Best happy hour menu!. So many items to choose from – all $4 too! Several sushi rolls and appetizers. The baked mussells are my new favorite. Amazing cocktails – try the ginger cocktail, it’s fantastic. I think they’re all $5 during happy hour too.My husband and I have been in several times, usually taking advantage of the happy hour menu. Last time I was in I also saw that added a huge vegetarian & vegan sushi roll menu, so I tried one (can’t remember the name) and it was really good. Would like to check out some of the others.Always enjoy coming here – servers and bartenders are really friendly. Absolutely LOVE the fishtanks. Good place to sit (unless you feel weird about eating fish in front of the live fish) with a great view. Good atmosphere, hip music, pretty fish, great happy hour. We’ll be back again.
Good drink, meh sushi.. Rice was not well seasoned, tamago was frozen pre made stuff .
This place has a killer happy hour menu, after work and like 9 Til close. We sample 4 things and a few drinks and everything was great. Our server said it was her second shift and that the place is now under new management.
