I read a lot of good things about this place and a drive by of it showed me it was popular and nicely designed inside and out so I was eager to try it wth my foodie daughter who loves XLB. They also have lunch which can be hard to find in better restaurants. The service is cafeteria style with a short but excellent menu featuring noodles and dumplings. Not gf friendly however. Difficult street parking in this neighborhood.
went here on the second day it was open. there were a few ordering snafu’s, but that’s to be expected, no big deal. the staff was very nice and helpful with an unfamiliar menu. the food came out promptly. i got the wonton noodles and a lamb skewer and both were very good. i’ll be back.
