Primed and Pumped. On a day when Prime Rib was on Special, I figured that a French Dip cut from the same cloth would be the way to go. In this, I was not to be mistaken. It was one of the best French Dips Ive had during my 36 years on earth. Fat, tender slices of Prime Rib draped with melted Swiss on a sturdy Roll; Goo Goo Ka Choo! I think the Au Jus was French Onion Soup, it worked perfecto. My wife kept dipping chunks of Turkey from her Turkey sandwich in it, much to her delight. Her sandwich was as impressive as mine, though next time she would ask for hers on a roll like I had, instead of Bread. Strong drinks and a casual, blue collar atmosphere insures that this bar will become a regular stop for us.Grade: B+ (If you get Turkey be sure to pimp it out with the Cranberry Mustard.) drexlermcstyles.tumblr.com
