The food, ambiance, and service here are top notch. This restaurant is especially nice to go to during the summer, because they have big windows they slide open, so it feels like you are dining outside. Great beer and wine selection.
oh…my…one of the best pies in portland. this place is just a few blocks from our house and we want to go ALL THE TIME. their pizza melts in your mouth. in the summer months in can be a difficult table to grab, but if you have the time; it’s worth the wait.
Delicious handmade artisan pizzas and great consistent service. We got there early so didn’t have to wait for a table, but it’s usually busy. Fun to watch the chefs tossing the pizza bases and the oven in the open kitchen. Good selection of fresh toppings for the pizzas and a nice atmosphere in the dining room. Always on our list when we visit Portland.
this is my favorite restaurant, the wood fire pizza is amazing and the service is incredible. the people here are so nice! the wait might be long but it’s totally worth it.
Worth it!. The temps were freezing in Portland, but this Phoenix native had a warm welcome with excellent service! The food was unique. The bacon pizza with a side of arugula was amazing. (The server recommended the side which was spot on!). My husband loved the calamari, and the extra taster of the gelato was very thoughtful. Thanks for an amazing experience!
Ken does it right. Have always enjoyed the breads and pastries at Ken’s Artisan Bakery, and appreciate good pizza. Don’t know why I haven’t tried KA Pizza sooner, but it was great. Good service, great pizza. I’m eating rewarmed pizza as I write this. Note to pizza lovers: a friend who owns pizza parlors told me the best way to rewarm pizza is get a nonstick frying fairly hot on the cooktop, put the pizza on it, cover for about 5 minutes, Pizza will be warm, and the crust will be crunchy! Beats the microwave unless you prefer soggy crust!
