I love Lardo. Best sandwich place hands down. My fav is the Korean pork shoulder with the garlic fries! It’s da best. Great servers. Also the drinks are good too! imriche.com
Disappointed with all the hype. I love the concept and the atmosphere especially the outdoor seating on a sunny day … But I probably won’t go back and eat, maybe to socialize with a friend.
Delicious. I am just leaving here completely satisfied. My first time here and I had the Pork Bahn Mi and the hush puppies. Both were very good. The honey butter that came with the hush puppies was amazing.
Just enjoyed a very unique taste in the form of a sandwich. Everything was awesome! I enjoyed this months chefwich, my husband had the meatball sandwich, both were great and completely different than the norm!
This is no ordinary French dip sandwich. Lardo — arguably the best sandwich shop in Portland — melds the flavors of a bowl of Pho with a French dip sandwich to make the perfect combination. Roast beef, hoisin and sambal mayo, bean sprouts and pho beef broth are a match made in heaven. Order this sandwich with a side of their signature Dirty Fries, loaded with pork scraps, marinated peppers, fried herbs and Parmesan. You’ll be full the rest of the day. talkeatdrinkportland.com
Lardo does sandwiches like only Portland can. This is not your average BLT. Lardo’s sandwiches combine the best ingredients with off-the-wall flavors. Order like a local: Chefwich of the week, a local craft beer, and the dirty fries. paperairplaneblog.com
Lardo is one of the best sandwich joints in town. The Korean Pork Shoulder sandwich is absolutely delicious, and is nice and spicy. I personally believe what sets this place apart from anywhere else though is the Dirty Fries. Fries, pork scraps, and peppers just go so well together. There is a great selection of beer, and the outdoor seating area is perfect on a nice summer day.
