If the ambiance and staff attitude were as good as the food, this place would be killer. However, the blatantly distant and uninterested experience we received from our first step in the door was off-putting, and made it hard to enjoy the food we wanted to finish so we could leave. Fortunately, we found a bar called Crush around the corner, with the warmth and comfort we wanted.
Hit or miss. I almost always get the turkey sandwich, it’s standard, and fairly simple. still, some days it tastes soooo good and others it’s…eh. consistency seems to be lacking, but i’ll go back.
BEST!. Meat cheese bread is my favorite sandwich joint. Their bread is AWESOME, they make it on site. I agree with the guy below- the asparagus sandwich is my favorite, I can’t wait till it’s on the menu again. One thing to steer clear of is the potato salad- it’s bland and boring. The sandwiches won’t let you down though!

It’s just okay. Limited but unique selection. Unfriendly staff. Let me sum it up this way–my five year old granddaughter wasn’t impressed, either. No compelling reason to come back.
Awesome.. The perfect sandwiches for my carnivore husband and vege-self. While we love all of the menu items we’ve tried, I think we have ordered breakfast burritos to-go once a week for the last three months. Or more. They are delicious and can also be eaten in the theatre while watching a movie. Yum.
Perfect!. This is really the perfect neighborhood sandwich shop.my chicken salad was some of the best i’ve ever had. the bread was wonderfully soft which is a huge plus. My boyfriend had the Park kitchen which was so yummy and flavorful. Annd they carry Ruby Jewel ice cream sandwiches which is the perfect end to a Saturday lunch. Def my favorite sandwich place in Portland so far
