WHERE’S THE LOVE?. Why is it that when you look up Thai food in the Southeast, you have to go searching for New Thai Blues? Who do you have to know to get this great place recognized? New Thai Blues, (now in two locations) has great atmosphere, and the best Thai food around, never disappointing, always a pleasure!!!!28 Aug, 2009GREAT PEOPLE. Well, how lucky we are here in Southeast Portland, so many great places to eat, and now we have New Thai Blues.I tries it out for the first time today, I usually try the same combination of items at each new place a go so I can make a good comparison, I tried the Thai Red curry Chicken, it was fantastic, and the Fried Rice was also good, now while the Pad Thai was very tasty, the noodles were just a bit pasty, but over all everything was great, and what a nice location, very romantic, and the people were very friendly and talkative, it’s the place to go!!!!
Good flavors .. Lots of fresh veggies on menu.. Good size portions! Happy Hour specials!
I love this place! the atmosphere is a amazing and the service is great. I love the currys! the price is just right. the drinks are fun. I got the basil martini. I highly recomend this place! always happy here.
Better than the rest. These guys know what they’re doing! When they opened, I thought great, another Thai restaurant — not so fast. This place is THE BEST!
Good food, well presented. A lively family-friendly place. Order one step hotter than you would at most Thai restaurants. New Thai Blues is a keeper!
