Shockingly I’d never been here before it closed down. I popped in with a couple friends for happy hour. It was 102+ degrees today so while the deck was very enticing we opted for the AC inside. Good happy hour menu, loved the district mule. Will be back!

We’re admittedly food snobs, but without attitude. Hooray for a spectacular lunch and attentive service! Everything we tasted was perfect. Our server even recommended some other restaurants for us to try during our Portland visit.

Great inner SE watering hole with room to stretch out including a great outdoor patio, try the whiskey and beer pairings and a burger. Service of great as well, ask for Rachel, she rocks.

Killer home cookin’. Excellent beer selection, awesome cocktails and the price was right.

Ruined restaurant. I have been coming to this establishment for almost 40 years. It has now changed so much that I can now no longer come back. In the beginning tis was a working class establishment with fantastic sandwiches and an extensive beer list from around the world. Over time, the sandwiches which had come in small, medium and large, had been reduced to small. The copius quantities of ingredients also swindled. I still came and ate because of the taste. Now almost all the sandwiches are gone and what is left is not the same. The beer menu is all but gone. A working class atmosphere has also changed. I could accept the remodel but not the abandonment of tradition and the sandwiches that I so loved. We came today with some friends from out of town on our recommendation and left soon after discovering the destruction of the place I love. I am in mourning at the loss of a friend and companion.
