Very, very good pizza, fast & reasonably priced. And always very nice boys working in the cart.
Taste is missing something. this is not garbage pizza but doesnt have as much flavor as Pizza Asshole or even Ken’s. The crust is wood fired alright but im guessing its a couple hundred degrees less than you need to get a perfect neopolitan style crispy on the bottom and chewy above texture. Also the crust just seems to be missing any flavor element. The great wood fired crusts have a smoky almost tangy element. I tried 3 pizzas and none of them were A+Solid B though.
