Super cute coffee shop on the east side. Lots of seating. Great ambiance. Friendly baristas. One thing I liked the most is they didn’t make my coffee too hot. Usually I have to wait 5 minutes for the coffee to cool before my first sip – complete torture! At WA I could take my first sip on my way back to the table and it was delightful.
Best cappuccino in PDX, though, it only comes in one tiny size: 6 ounces(why?).
Good coffee. I usually order an americano and add cream…did not disappoint. I prefer other coffee over Water Ave, but by no means is it sub-par. The place is also nice to look at (it’s ‘pretty’ inside. I’m a sucker for pretty things. No, but really, it’s a cool building and setup). I visit occasionally. Good stuff. Give it a try.
Who knew baristas could be friendly. These guys consistently pull some of the best shots to put in some of the best lattes and cappuccinos in town. plus, they’re just so darn friendly and knowledgeable. I try to make this place my office at least one day a week.
