My husband and I visited the place without high hope but we’re pleasantly surprised. Steamer clams are very delicious and it was a big plate! We had sandwiches and they were tasty. We also love the side salad. Staff are friendly but they might be short-handed.

Ten years ago, this place was great, best clam chowder to be had on the west coast. Nowadays? Clam chowder is still good, but I can’t remember ever paying so much for such a horrible meal. My family of four went in, all four had different items, and not one dish could be considered good. They should open a specialty pet food store, because that’s the grade of food they’re serving up nowadays. Damn, there’s one place I’ll never be going back to.
