Whole family had great pizza by the slice. Bill and I ordered a whole pizza with cheesy sauce and great sauce and crust we will go back as this is a reliable meal for the grankids
One of the best pizzas I’ve ever had, but a little too expensive. Hand tossed crust, flavorful sauce, fresh toppings. Breadsticks were good too. My daughter got a slice of cheese pizza – the crust was a little more chewy and the pizza slice wasn’t as good as my whole pie. Small dining room, and not very good selection of drinks.
Every year that I come down to Cannon Beach we always come here for at least one meal. The pizza is much better then most of what we find back home. There has not been a pizza I have tried that I do not like. The crust is light, the sauce flavourful, and the toppings plentiful.
We try to stop at Pizza a’ Feta least once whenever we are out that way. Their pizza is definitely expensive, but it is so delicious! The crust is soft, airy, and very flavorful, and in addition to the stock offerings, they come up with some very unique and innovative combinations. (Believe it or not, we once drove more than an hour to get one of their amazing Thanksgiving holiday specialty pizzas!) The slice door is one of the easiest, least expensive lunch stops in Cannon Beach too. thegoodheartedwoman.com
Great pizza if you can afford it.
I like that you can get slices of pizza. The pizza is always good. Just don’t get there before they close and get slices. I did and while it was still good, the crust was a little saggy. However, I’ve gone there plenty of times-not during closing- and have had great pizza!
Follow the Smells to Satisfaction. What would you traditionally eat while at the beach? Pizza of course! However, if you’re on vacation you’re going to want a great pizza. This is the place to go.You’ll probably notice the smell first, if you’re lucky – unlike, say me, a man who suffers from chronic allergies and thus has a weak sense of smell. Even then, the delicious scent of pizza wafted its way to my awaiting nose to send a signal of pending deliciousness to my brain. Oh yes, this pizza called to Mrs. The Travel Slob and I as we walked the quaint streets of Cannon Beach. The restaurant itself is tiny and with very limited seating. Fear not, if you don’t want to wait too long for your pizza, they do have a take out window to buy pizza by the slice. Delayed gratification is not a problem for us vacationers. Of course, Mrs. The Travel Slob and I love the relaxed setting of sitting down for a meal, so we opted for a wait. Despite the size, it was not too long, although a couple times we did have to work to get attention of the servers in the restaurant. At the size they have there’s no host/hostess at the front. The menu offers a good selection. Their full pies are a little pricey, but seriously they are entirely worth the cost. The herb and seasoning on the pizza makes for a fantastic meal. I’ve not had much better pizza anywhere. We also ordered the artichoke crab dip and can’t recommend that enough. The breadsticks with the dip were tasty enough, the dip just added to that. Even better were the large pieces of crab which were absolutely delicious. Trying to fish a large one out with a breadstick is a task in and of itself, but with a reward of crab! Huzzah!Overall a great dining experience.
