We went there about an hour before closing time, and there was a pretty long line. The service was not great. The employees were quite rushed which caused one guy to add an ingredient that I kindly asked him not to add. One of the ladies was a bit more patient with me, but she gave off a vibe that made me feel as if she really didn’t like me. I have to say, if you don’t like cilantro very much, you should stay away from the rice, because the taste is very prevalent. The restaurant was also freezing. We wrapped up and left pretty quickly. Overall it was okay. I don’t see what the huge fuss is about, though.
Horrible, horrible service. We ordered online about 7pm, were told to pick up in 30 minutes, actually were finally given our food 45 minutes after that. By the time we got the food home (a 5 minute drive), most of it was cold or luke-warm. There was no sign of a manager in sight at the restaurant, 2 of the 7 kitchen people were taking a break rather than helping to get caught up. The management of this place should be replaced immediately with competent managers and the cooking crew should either get its act together or be replaced! I would not send my worst enemy there in the future. The food isn’t good enough to make up for the worst service we have experienced anywhere in years! Maybe this was a good reminder of why we rarely ever go to a Chipotle. They suck big time!

I wanted fajita veggies, guac on the side, I guess this isn’t a usual request for them, I really didn’t think it was that big of a deal. I think I will try it again another day, to see if maybe next time it is better?****UPDATE*****So changing my thumbs down to a thumbs up! I wrote an email to the company, they have great customer service and fixed the problem right way! I tried Chipotle a second time, and my experience was so much better!!
Another quality QSR Mexican joint.. I am not opposed to Taco Bell, when properly put into context as drunk grub, meaning all taste buds have been killed by the alcohol. However, Chipotle is a great sober alternative as it is still very quick and equally very tasty. I absolutely love their chips as they are properly salty with a hint of lime.The carnitas and steak are always good, but the chicken can be hit or miss. Their corn salsa is pretty nice and the corn at least tastes/feels fresh.
