Soggy Pizza on a crust that tastes like it was frozen. Waited at counter , nobody to take my payment. Waited for pizza after it was out of the oven for 3-4 minutes while they changed shifts. Not returning. A very unorganized mismanaged restaurant. Employees seem more interested in leaving their shift rather than serving the customer. Noticed a woman making a milk shake for herself rather than cutting the pizza. She left while 4 pizzas were sitting there uncut until after several more minutes a person came up and cut them. They cut it into 4 pieces, too large, perfer 8 pieces. Around 8PM on a Friday.

These fast food pizza places are becoming more and more popular; yet, I’m still not really sure why. Do people really expect a quality pizza for five or six bucks? Really? The pizza here at MOD was just OK. Nothing special. (The cashier needs some more coaching.). All in all, no need to come back.
It was….alright. We tried the pizza’s from the menu and were not impressed. The crust wasn’t that great which was a shame because the toppings seemed pretty fresh. A crust can make or break the pizza so, for that reason, we won’t go back.
Ordered pizza, didn’t get it. I went to Mod, ordered a pizza, waited, didn’t get it. It took two tries before the staff would admit that they never started the pizza. The manager finally gave me my money back but there was no apology, just a bunch of attitude. I don’t recommend Mod to anyone who actually wants to eat food.
