Bad service!. I would love this place if it werent for the horrible service. I have only been there twice. The first time, I called and placed my order over the phone and the employee I spoke to was very rude and just rushed me off the phone without saying thank you or giving me the total. The second time, again the employee I dealt with was rude and had no menu knowledge. Plus they not only gave me the wrong food, but also didnt give me the extra rolls that was supposed to come free with my meal. The food is very good though, but this place really needs to work on not being so stuck up!
Very Disappointed. I had placed a fairly large order to be delivered and only half of the order was delivered. I was not aware of this until that evening at which time I phoned the store, because they are open until 9:00pm I was hoping someone could deliver the rest of the order because my Aunt had hungry out of town guests coming in that night for a funeral the next day. The girl who answered the phone checked with her co-worker and said that she didn’t want to do the delivery and she couldn’t leave the store so there was nothing she could do. She said that they would not bill me for the un-delivered food and would credit my card for the earlier delivery charge. I was not credited for the $15 delivery charge and was very disappointed with the attitudes of everyone at this store. I do not live in the area and was counting on them to help my Aunt out with food for the weekend for my Uncles funeral.
Carefully how you order or you might get suprise. Portions suck, lynch specials a joke! Pretty pricey for what you get. Lame
Sourdough!!. Great bread! I especially like their sourdough.
A great place for a quick lunch break! Their soup and sandwich combo rocks! Seating is very casual. If you are with a big group, I suggest getting someone to go a little early to reserve tables. They make great loaves of breads. Overall the experience was OK.
