No more telephone orders!. I just called Big Burger several times and no answer. I girl finally answered saying they were not taking telephone orders because they were too busy! I can’t believe it. Too busy to make customers happy? Since when did they stop doing that? I used to like this place. But, for a few years now the quality of the food, the cleanliness and service have been going down hill. What is going on?!

Onion rings good, but burgers are average they use to be great back in the day but now average is being generous McDonald’s across the street cheaper and just as good. If McDonald’s is at the same level you’d think they would try a bit harder they seem to have become ok at being ok. Oh and did I mention expensive!!!
Great shakes and very good chicken strips, but their main staple the burger isn’t very good. The meat is not good at all, it’s texture is rubbery, like it’s synthetic meat. Good food. Good service from the younger workers, but the older people are completely rude.
Not what it used to be. Back in the day their burgers were great. Now it seems the prices go up and the food is getting close to McDonalds just across the street. I don’t know who dropped the ball at the Big Burger but it makes me really miss the old Y-Burger!
