Horrible Service. This was our 3rd time giving them a chance. Walked in, no hello. We were sat in the very back of the restaurant. We thanked them for bringing salsa and chips 10 min after we were sat. No reply. Can anyone speak English here?! 15 min in, no waitress or waiter. Except for the 4 that were talking in the lobby with the hostess. 20 min in, we walked out. No thank you or goodbye. No, thank you we will not be returning to your unfriendly casa.
Thumbs Down – Poor Service, Inconsistent Pricing, Inconsistent Food, Etc.. Not very good. some dishes are good and some aren’t. i’ve been going there for years and can no longer go there. the food is very inconsistent. but, that’s not all that’s inconsistent. the service and prices are inconsistent as well. portion sizes are great, but that’s not enough to get a high or even good rating from me. last time i was there the chick was red / raw inside … too dangerous. it seems there are too different chefs … one has standards and the other doesn’t … that’s just my opinion, given my long time experience with this never-to-be-revisited place. also, i don’t think they are very clean there, which of course is never a good thing!

WAY OVERPRICED! Go to El Chilito or Los Doritos instead! Much better food and prices 🙂
Great service, the food is always hot and very tasty. We usually take some home as the proportions are generous.
Nuevo Vallarta is one of the best hispanic resturants that i have been to in a long time. The service is great, the employees are nothing but prectacular, and nothing like a comfy at home feeling to tie a meal together. I do admit that I am one picky eater, but ever since I have been eating at Nuevo Vallarta I have been eating things that I would never even dream of eating. Nuevo Vallarta is on my top resturants to take people new in town, and they haven’t failed me.
