I’ve eaten at Bill & Tim’s twice, and recently ordered out through HubGrub. I am consistently pleased with the results! The meat is smoky and tender (the chicken was amazing), they have a great variety of food, and they’re quick. I’ve had the rice bowl (very tasty) and more recently the tri-tip salad. I didn’t get the honey-Dijon dressing as prescribed, I went for the bleu cheese… and I wasn’t disappointed. My boyfriend got the 2-meat meal. The pulled pork was delicious, and the chicken blew me away. The potato salad was good (medium) and the mac-n-cheese was pretty good. I loved my salad. We ordered through HubGrub, got updates via text, and received our freshly made meals quickly. The dcor in the restaurant is nifty – I love the hand washing station. The chairs are hard wood, they have good beer, the bathroom was clean when I used it. It can get loud in the restaurant if there are too many people (plus the background music). Overall, I’m surprised at how much I enjoy it, each time. I seem tothink it’s going to be a disappointing chain restaurant, but I’m always so happy with the results! I would recommend this place if you want tasty BBQ (or other items) in a relaxed atmosphere, and not pay too much.
Awesome !!!. We have a lot of So called BBQ joints in the Eugene area, and a few in Bend. Where I live. However none compare to Bill & Tim,s. Bill & Tim’s is truly a great BBQ joint. I have had almost everything on the menu, it’s all good. Love the burnt ends. The staff is awesome Always make us feel. like family.
Pulled Beef, Candied Yams and Lime Rice. Pulled beef had a nice smokey flavor and yams are not overly sweet like the marshmallow kind.
I would rate Bill &Tim’s very low on the barbecue scale. The tri-tip was tough and the ribs and potato salad were tasteless. If you know BBQ, this is NOT the place to eat.

Great Place. Great atmosphere around the corner from the University of Oregon. Friendly staff, the pulled pork was perfectly smoked. Barbecue chips, potatoes salad, and Mac n cheese sides were all very flavorful and a great compliment to our mexi club sandwich, pulled pork quesadilla and kids dinner. Highly recommend and will definitely return on my next visit to Eugene.
Very nice atmosphere, great service. We had the pulled pork classic, tri-tip melt, and baby back ribs. Pulled pork was great, baby backs great, but tri-tip was extremely disappointing….lacked smoked flavor, and was tough! They really need to replace this item with a good beef brisket. The BBQ chips and Mac n Cheese were both great. Overall I would recommend it just stay away from the tri-tip.
