LOVE this place! All sandwiches are also available as a salad, and they are delicious – I wish all bahn mi places offered a salad option!!! Fresh, clean tasting, full of flavor and generously portioned. Vegan and vegetarian option available. thegoodheartedwoman.com

Plain Delicious. If you want a sandwich that nourishes and has some real flavor (as opposed to the same old tasteless sandwich shop fare) go to Bon Mi. The chicken sandwich is excellent and you’ll never forget it. Yum. Yum.

Wrong but still good. I love Bon Mi, I’ve eaten them in a couple countries and in several states and this is the first time I have seen a major variation. The get all the parts right here except the proportions. It should be a very light sandwich, if fact I often get 2 since they are just a thin layer of meat, a couple sprigs of cilantro a few scattered pieces of pickled daikon and carrot and a couple slivers of thin slice jalapeno on a very light and crispy french roll/baguette. Here they pile on the meat, cilantro and pickled veg on to a slightly too hardy french bread; I guess they are justifying the $7- price tag (usually Bon Mi are about $2.50). Next time I will get one Bon Mi to go, buy a couple baguettes (and one jalapeno) and make half a dozen proper ones out of the filling from one of the ones served here.

I was recommended here by a friend. I got a tofu bang mi and was pleasantly surprised by how good it was! The atmosphere was decent, very simple–deli style. Prices are pretty reasonable.

A great place for Pho. Finally a good restaurant for Pho in Eugene! I am a big fan of pho (pronounced phuh), a Vietnamese beef soup with rice noodles, bean sprouts, basil, and thinly-sliced beef. It is hearty, especially on a chilly, wet day, and really hits the spot. We arrived at Bon Mi during a Thursday lunch rush, but managed to find seats at the shared tables. Our order arrived promptly, and was hot and delicious. This restaurant also serves sandwiches and Bun, a rice noodle dish served as a salad, but I may never get around to trying anything other than the Pho! Once I find a dish I like in a restaurant, I frequently go there for that dish. For Bon Mi, the Pho is THAT dish. Do try it! I’ll bet you like it a lot.
