Our family absolutely loves this place! Always great service and special orders are never a problem. My favorite is the chicken fried steak!!!! The serving is huge so I always give half to my husband. It’s usually packed and for good reason but well worth the wait.
Hangover?. This is apparently a great place to go if you have a hangover. My last visit made me wish I went there drunk. Hey, the food here is nothing to write home about but it is usually ok. Today? Of the four dishes we ordered, three came to the table cold and one of those cold dishes was supposed to hold the tomatoes but they were there. The waiter was right on top of that though. He quickly informed us that he gave the no tomato one to the wrong table but that he would be happy to take the tomatoes off this plate for us. Umm, no thank you, I guess I’ll take them off myself. And the other table? I wonder if he let them know they were missing part of their dish. When your food is best described as eaten with a hangover you don’t expect much but this trip was enough to keep me from coming back.
Yay. Yep this is good food with great service and a great owner. Talk about hands on. Never slow never bad always friendly. You will always go back because at Brails you can’t go wrong.
The staff was friendly enough but what really threw me off was the manager and or boss woman who went around yelling loudly through the restaurant at the employees. I was trying to enjoy some Eggs Benedict (which would’ve been much better without cheese and the actual order of avocado I spend $2.00 extra for) and this woman literally startled me numerous times with her yelling it was so unprofessional. On a lighter note, their pancakes were light and fluffy and delicious!
My favorite diner. I love having breakfast here. Great food, friendly staff. A little skimpy on the gravy, but nobody’s perfect. Brail’s is close, however. Go there by all means. Update: tried the dinner menu. Food was good. I was interrupted to ask how I liked no less than 8 times! I kid you not. I went there to have a little dinner and read a book. I was unable to read two pages all meal. Irritating to say the least. StIll like this place, but if you go there when it is not busy, you had better be prepared to visit with the owner and staff. Every. 30. Seconds.
Well done!. Best hangover breakfast EVER
First visit today. Better than average breakfast, awesome service.
