On Halloween night, I made my first-ever visit to Burrito Boy – I’ve driven by many times but had just never stopped. I made my way through a collection of costume-wearing clientele and to the counter. I ultimately selected the Chile Relleno wet burrito. The proportions of melted Mexican cheese, chile pepper, beans and other ingredients were well-balanced. I was in the mood for spicy, so I dripped on some spicy red sauce (provided in containers filled by the staff) as I ate. The staff is friendly here and despite just one cook in the kitchen, he was able to churn out orders pretty quickly considering there was a good-sized crowd. No, this isn’t at the level of the authentic taquerias I love in Salem. But it’s a decent option and a much better value than the family-style Mexican restaurants I’ve learned to avoid.

I love their veggie wet burritos! Always good quality and taste. Very consistent in their approach to each burrito.

Are you a student at the UofO? Thought so. Are you Drunk, stoned, and extremely hungry? I knew it. Is it 2:43 am? No? Well 2 out of 3 ain’t bad. Burrito boy on Franklin is THE spot for anybody who is looking for a warm cheesy burrito at all hours of the night. With prices to fit any budget and quick friendly service, burrito boy should be everyones go-to late night spot for tacos, burritos, and Mt.Hood sized nachos.

By far one of the best Mexican food joints ever. I wouldn’t even classify as fast food. Open 24 hours on franklin street which Is really awesome

This place is a standout in the crowded Eugene cheap and fast Mexican joints. Great meat fillings, excellent sauces, and friendly service. The wet burrito filled with shredded pork is filling and delicious. I wish they would set up a shop in my town.
