This place is great! I see there are a few negative reviews online and I can’t imagine why. My boyfriend and I go to El Super at least once a week. It has become our favorite place. The kitchen is clean, the ingredients are fresh, and the service is great. The burritos are super (pun intended) filling and for around $5-$6 its a great deal. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for great Mexican food.

I am so impressed by food tasted to price ratio! I would pay more so Id leave good tip instead! You’d be surprised. Very fresh meat, spices, vegetables (avocado !). Would recommend.

Interesting. Environment was meh, like a greasy spoon with dirty tables however much like Los frajoles and the family ran taco place in Springfield off centennial, food and counter service was great. We ordered curly fries, a super burrito, and a chili Verde wet burrito. The boyfriend said his super burrito was mediocre, I tasted his fries and found them unappealing, but my chili Verde was very good yet not very spicy. Verde can be like that tho. Portions were generous and food good enough I will visit again in hopes that they have a dish to wow me. If you are on a budget or in the area and want Mexican fast, definitely worth a visit.

Great value. Plenty of great food at very reasonable prices. Not much on atmosphere but who cares when food is this good. Chile Relleno and Enchalada plates both great and less than $16 for both of us! Our new fave in Eugene

I have been to El Super a couple times, the food isn’t bad, a little pricey for some of the items but overall pretty good. The most recent visit will likely be my last as the young girl who helped us was rude and unpleasant at best. Went in there looking forward to some good food, left unhappy and dissatisfied with the service.

Awesome Burritos. Before trying El Super Burrito, I had almost given up hope that Eugene had a good mexican restaurant. I’m so glad a friend introduced me to this great taco shop before I moved. For a few months last year, I ate at El Super almost everyday. Around 5-6 dollars gets you a burrito of your choice and I guarantee it’ll top any other you’ll find in Eugene. I switched off between the Carnitas and Lengua (tongue) burritos. The service is always good, the kitchen is clean, and the cooks are fast.

Good cheap fast. First saw them in the Weekly. Didn’t recognize the name so thought I’d check them out. I’ve been back five times now! It’s good, cheap and made right when you order and served quickly. Also like that it’s a family owned biz.
