Pretty Good. Empire Buffet is the best buffet in Eugene/Springfield which isn’t saying a lot, granted, but still. The qualityis consistent and there are quite a few dishes that are good, and I haven’t even checked out their night/Sundayofferings, which are presumably even better. They have a delicious chicken in coconut sauce, fake crab, baked salmon, fried fish, beef and broccoli, and more. The highlight is their banana pudding, which is homestyle Southern. Excellent. Not Chinese, butwho cares?
The food is good.. Ok, this place has really good service and food. But what’s really creepy is the bathroom. The bathroom is really dark like it’s only half lit. Also, they don’t have too many choices for food. But don’t get me wrong, the food tastes really good and the people are really polite.
