I’ve only been to the W.11/Eugene, & Olympic/Springfield locations. All staff are easy going, enjoying what they do. It’s one of few places I sit to eat because of its comforting environment IMO. Cheaper deals or tasty combos are usually suggested. Even when there’s a line, your wait is not long. The servings are generous IMO, one can definitely fill up on the ‘Dakine’ which is a ‘Small’ (before 4p student ID $5), but if you want to make a day of it get the ‘Alii’. If you generally do not like mac salad then I suggest you try theirs, it made me a lover of it- hawaiian style! It compliments the savory meats paired by rice; my favorite is Mauna Loa Medium- their teryaki chicken glazed in sweet chili sauce, yum! It’s a simple menu, simple ingredients, full of flavor & appetite. They offer sandwiches, & tropical beverages in addition to the standard soda machine. If I could change anything about these locations- their trash cans! I do not find the style very customer friendly IMO.
Been going to the store on w11th since it opened. Meat portions have steadily decreased to the point that you can get just as much ordering a small now. Today I ate dried out meat & veggies & the mac was bland enough to have been hospital food.Hope someone who matters reads this & gets the poop in a group over there.
Mr. Martin. Bad service!!took 35 mins to get a single orderand that is a lot when I only have an hour lunch.Workers were unapologetic and did not get my order correctly.Will give the stablishment one more try and decide weather or not to come back.
Seriously love it! My boyfriend and I can share a medium plate and be somewhat full. So definitely awesome for the price it’s at. Try it with the seaweed! :]
Brown Rice Please! :). We would eat at your restaurant more often if you offered brown rice. So many people I talk to say the same thing. In such a health conscious town, I am suprised you wouldn’t want to offer this.White rice is not good for you. Just think about it please!Thank you!
This place is NOT authentic by any means. It is however decent food for cheap. Worth trying at least once.
Anti-Vegan. I hear its good food! The white rice is ok… That’s about it.
