Got delivery and they said it would be delivered and 45 minutes and it took them more than an hour and 10 minutes to deliver it. I am fine for however long it takes to deliver something because I know it takes time but I have never ordered somewhere that took more than 45 minutes if they say 45 minutes! It was anywhere from 25 to 30 minutes late. We ordered a family-style for two and an order of barbecued pork I have never tasted Chinese food tasted so bland in my life The mar far chicken had no flavor the only way we get flavor is if you put sweet-and-sour sauce or their shrimp sauce on it! Their fried pork rice had no flavor same with their chow mein. And I sweet-and-sour sauce was good but really watery. There barbecued pork was pretty good but you really can’t mess that up. But all in all I will never order or eat at Kowloon then it’s not worth the price. They have certainly gone downhill throughout the years.

Horrible. So far the worst Chinese food we’ve found in Eugene. Absolutely no flavor and the fried rice was steamed rice with a little soy sauce thrown in. Way overpriced also.

Horrible! Ordered at least $60 in food delivery last night. I am a vegetarian and we specified VEGETARIAN egg roles. After eating almost all of the egg role, I realized there was pork in it. I became very sick and couldn’t eat after that. My family was disgusted by the other dishes we had ordered. Everything was greasy, flavorless goop. We called and complained about the egg roles specifically and was told they had no manager. After insisting we speak to someone in charge we were connected to someone who said all they would do for us was bring us vegetarian egg roles.Seriously! Did he not hear me when I said I was sick from the food? Talked to yet another employee who said they would be happy to credit us $7 for the egg roles.. End of story. Gee thanks Kowloons. Worst food, service and restaurant experience I have ever had.

Hit or Miss?. Have eaten their food items on several occasions.I must be lucky or order when a certain chef is cooking, not sure. but when I ordered the Chix Chow Mein, there are quality breast meat, in large pieces, and the sauce is yummy,my only problem, although I liked everything I ordered, The Egg Rolls? What is up with that, They deep fry them in some kind of batter? Who does this? Just crazy. can’t get myself to even try them. so only ordered them the one time

TERRIBLE! Food had no flavor. Overpriced. Horrible customer service. They advertise traditional Asian dishes but do not serve what they advertise. Save your money and eat frozen dishes from the grocery store. You’ll be much happier.

Scenic dining, inconsistent food. Great location, quiet, river going by, park in the background. Prices are higher than they should be. If there’s a pepper on the menu its supposed to be spicy, but it isn’t. Egg soup is bad. Waitresses run gamut from ignore you to admit you exist. Clean. Ample parking. Restrooms are clean. Some days the food is good, sometimes lackluster to bad. Portions are okay but for the price could be larger. Good for atmosphere and if you land on a good day…………

Hours of operation. I called your restaurant at 1130, I was told your restaurant was closed. Your advertisement in the yellow pages stated your restaurant was open till midnight. I spoke to a hostess who said the restaurant was managed by Kit Wah and was closed, no matter what the advertisement said. I am unhappy about the veracity of your advertising statement. I will tell people who ask for my opinion. Hope you are listening. Thanks. Sincerely Glenn Seulement
