Consistently delicious breakfasts with a wide range of choices. Baked goods and coffee are always delicious, too. Servers are friendly and crunchy and the service is always fast.

Vegan friendly haven!. We loved this cute little cafe in Eugene. I had the little bear omelete which was made with hashbrowns instead of eggs that enveloped a huge pile of fresh spiced steamed veggies. The homemade tofu sour cream is great! The bread is also really tasty and not too dry. They have soy butter too. The waitress was super friendly!

Food was okay but the wait staff was rude and awful. I get the impression that if are not one of their regulars, the treatment you receive will be subpar. If you are from out of town, there are plenty other places to go.04 Jun, 2011Food was okay but the wait staff was rude and awful. Great Vegan Breakfast. TJ says: The Nook!! That’s the rating Charlie and I give every breakfast joint we love, and return to as a traditional breakfast outing together. Personally, I love the spelt at Morning Glory, and the nutritional yeast sauce. The mushroom gravy is also pretty enjoyable, since we love the spelt we get that with the gravy, rather than the traditional biscuits. Paying for parking at a nook is no good though, so we’ve figured out a few spots within a few blocks of walking. Though if you go on Sunday you can use a nearby street metered spot for free. What did I miss, Charlie?Charlie says: Morning Glory has a wide selection of hot beverages and gluten free baked goods. The highlight, however, is the vegan breakfast menu. The dishes involve fresh local ingredients. I agree with TJ that the spelt is delicious. They also offer a variety of other breads including banana. I would have to say that Morning Glory is the best vegan breakfast nook that I have ever come across. Also, the mural on the side of the building is really nice.

Delicious food that is also great for those that are gluten intolerant.

A nice change from our normal breakfast ritual. Sooo many interesting twists on a variety of breakfast staples. The portions are huge. If you are a carnivore, beware…..this is a vegetarian cafe.
