Part restaurant and part shrine to University of Oregon teams, the first thing you notice are all the signed posters from every U of O team. The restaurant is very good, simple and old school. We get here just a couple of times a year and cannot resist the Swedish pancakes with lingonberry compote. A side of crispy local thick cut bacon does itThe places is always busy and worth the wait. Good breakfast. We were looking for breakfast and had driven by many times, so we gave it a try. Years earlier we had eaten at another Original Pancake House in the SF Bay area and enjoyed it, so we were hoping this one was also good. It was. My wife had bacon, eggs and pancakes. I had silver dollar pancakes and patty sausage. They give you plenty of sausage, bacon and eggs, all really good. The pancakes were also very good, they should be or the restaurant should change names. Service was good. We would come back.
