Excellent coffee and outdoor chairs. In Eugene you can get good coffee with terrible chairs or something that reminds you of coffee with excellent chairs (outdoor). This address ruled by the number 3 and (sign) Cancer has both, plus a warm feeling interior. Next time I will try the food.
