Great tacos, good drinks, fun place. However it is expensive for not having table service. It lacks authenticity and fresh masa tortillas. Reverse any one of the three and I’d be there on a regular basis.
Never going to eat there again!. We ordered 3 carnivore tacos, and 1 fish taco and water and sat down at 1pm on a weekday. 45 min later, the tacos arrived. Not worth the $18. Definitely not worth the wait. My carnivore taco was filled with so much grease, I had to use a fork. Each taco was small. The pupuseria taco stand down the street is half the price and the tacos have way more flavor and we can get tacos in about ten min. We were excited to try Tacovore. Unfortunately we were very disappointed and we will never go back.
Loved the pescadora taco- extremely fresh fish! Also loved the carnitas taco with tangerines- delightful. If you like hot sauce you will not be disappointed. HOT HOT HOT!!!
Deep Fried Smoked Oyster Taco. So, good with the smokyness of the sauce and oyster. And some pickled onion and cilantro to brighten it up (taco on the left).
Tacovore has a nice location with limited parking on the corner .. I liked the choice of decor and the people were really friendly and helpful .. My 20 something sons all had tacos of various types and enjoyed them- I had the ceviche and it was delicious .. Drinks were way over priced $9 for a tiny mason jar but tasted nice .. I’ll def be a repeat customer but skip the cocktails22 Jul, 2014Ceviche. The ceviche was really good, needed a bit of heat but Tacovore has several sauces to choose from ..the bits of grapefruit were a nice touch
So disappointed. I’ll pass.. The grilled chicken taco was way too salty and the chicken was overcooked and dry. Tried to order a diet coke…no such luck. They carry absolutely no diet beverages. Who does that? The tortilla was tasteless and cold. No need for me to return.
