It’s no Toshi’s. The broth has a chemical taste and the noodles seem to be packaged and are over cooked. The menu looks like Toshi’s with just enough changes to keep it form being straight plagiarism… too bad they didn’t copy the recipes. (Still it is way better than the Subway next door… talk about packaged and chemical laden). If you are driving take the extra minute to go to Toshi’s Ramen, if you are walking take the extra 15 minutes.
