Wow! Just wow.. It really is fast vegan/vegetarian food. It tastes *great* and is very creative business. It’s not as nutritionally optimized as steamed veggies and rice, of course, but for the occasional splurge it’s totally excellent if you draw the line at eating animal products but don’t mind pampering yourself with some tasty junk from time to time.
These guys do a great job. I have visited this cart at the Art and the Vineyard festival, as well as their downtown location. I wasn’t disappointed either visit. Very friendly staff who take pride in creating some great vegan food. Highly recommended!

I have now had just about all the options here and they are all good. A meat eater won’t be fooled, but these are tasty in their own right. My favorites are the cheesesteak and the Polish soysage with caramelized onions. The Reuben is also very good, if you like sauerkraut. The owner is frequently there, and often has samples if some new creation. Oh, and credit cards are now accepted, with a small surcharge.
