Not Your Run of the Mill Ale House. I have gone to the Concordia Ale house many times and overall, it is a very solid place to eat and drink. The beer selection is amazing here and the bartenders are always excellent in their recommendations/pairings. Their taps rotate so there always new beers to try. Their $2 Tuesday list is amazing, having some amazing beers on the list for only 2 bucks. The food is generally pretty good. The fries are very tasty (not too salty or oily) and the burgers are very filling and flavorful. Sometimes there are issues with the temperature of the food (cool or too hot). The prices can be a little high for what you get but if you order during happy hour, they have amazing deals. The only other issue is parking. There is a small parking lot behind the building that fills up easily and the street parking in front of the building is almost always full. If you go during peak hours, you may have to park in the neighborhood. It is worth the walk to visit this Concordia neighborhood staple. Good, old fashioned beer and food.

This is Concordia ALE house & occasionally I think they forget people come for the beer. Clean the lines guys & mix up the beer selection a bit more! Out of 22 taps, I can drive to 14 of those breweries? Please! How ’bout something other than Laurelwood red?
