What’s there really to say about Olive Garden? They’re everywhere and a household name. This location is closest to my office. Nice, clean and friendly. However, the pace of the service can be picked up a bit, especially when you’re on time constraints.
What can you say for a failing business?. I can see why that Olive Garden is so close to bankruptcy and frankly trying to hold on with all it can. The last few times I went here was just awful. The first was 2 years ago (Which the review was removed) because every single time we tried to order an item the waitress told us they didn’t have any in the kitchen (by the 10th try we gave up and left). Why bother staying when they don’t have any food during dinner? Then a few months back we tried again, worst mistake ever. It was during the 2 for 12$ fiasco, we got the check, they charged us 80$. They wouldn’t fix it and frankly even when contacting Olive Garden to fix it they told us your SOTL. So basically you’ll never see me walk into this establisment ever again. The food has also gone way down hill from the days when they used to be good, but beware of the bill, they nickel and dime you until you have a 100$ for like a salad, 2 pasta’s and 2 cokes. Did you order dessert? Oh that’s a 30$ charge for 2 cakes, you want alferdo sauce on the side? 15$. Just walk out that door right now, it’s your best bet.
