Went there on Tuesday last week and had the special swordfish with Israel cous cous and I was very very disappointed at that meal! First of all the fish was luke warm and the cous cous was ice cold! You don’t serve ice cold cous cous and a warm fish together that just makes the fish cold when it’s supposed to be warm coming off the grill! Even hot coming off the grill! My mom had the chopped salad and I tried it and it wasn’t even that good and the price was 18 dollars for the salad which is way more than I thought it should be for a mediocre salad. The waiter was nice and polite but the food needs to be worked on quite a bit. It used to be a good restaurant but now not so much! When you go to a nice restaurant like Stanford’s you should get excellent service and food and sorry to say but that is definitely not the case here at this Stanford’s although I do admit that our waiter was very nice and friendly. I just have a problem with the food! I highly doubt that I will ever go back to Stanford’s again maybe in the bar but that’s it no food except maybe a Caesar salad something that they can’t mess up or maybe they can I don’t know. Just a horrible experience with the food. Don’t try going to Stanford’s or you might be disappointed!
