Wow! We will be back for our anniversary!. Hands down the most enjoyable, thoughtful cuisine we’ve had south of Seattle. We made a reservation for 7 p.m. thinking two tapas each would be a fun start to the evening. It took us over 20 minutes to eat only half of what we ordered–the ingredients were the freshest we’ve encountered in Corvallis, and the tapas were so skillfully made that we pondered herbs & spices while chewing. Slowly. Savoring. We each ordered a mushroom quesadilla (gluten free available and tasty!), plus a pulled pork with scallops plate and tuna crudo. We wondered aloud how this restaurant makes a profit–the portions are quite generous for the price. The tuna was sushi grade. Our service was wonderful. And the decor is more pleasing than anything I’ve seen in Eugene or Corvallis. In short, this establishment is incredibly affordable when all aspects of the experience are considered. Above all, fresh and delicious. We will be back, and we will bring friends.

Perfect – food was great, arrived on time, and was hot. I went there with a party of five. They did everything right. The food got to me hot, and it was nicely prepared (I’m surprised at how many Corvallis restaurants don’t bring you hot food). I just wish they weren’t so expensive!
Does this place actually exists in Corvallis? It’s amazing. I loved eating there, the staff was awesome. The food…heaven!!! I got some smoked jalapeo margarita and it was one of the best things I’ve ever drank. I loved everything about my experience there. It’s a fantastic place to eat, drink and relax.
Unusually bad.. I’ve only eaten here once, but I don’t think that I will return. Good service, poorly made cocktails, horrifically bad food.
Was great, but I’m holding back my enthusiasm. I went there for dinner on the company’s dime. I had the saffron crab and shrimp bisque which I would saw was good, but for some reason, I was expecting more. I also ordered the jambalaya which was a one of three recommendations by the waiter. It was a large portion and it was REALLY, REALLY good. It had perfectly seasoned sausage that was amazing. The rest of my party all enjoyed their dishes also. My biggest concern is price. I mean, this was the best jambalaya I ever had, but even knowing that, I don’t know if it’s worth $27 dollars to have it again. I will go back to this place for a special occasion.
Excellent Date!!. If there was one place in Corvallis I say I feel confident taking someone on a date, it is here. They have patio seating along the riverfront, shaded from the sun, and an excellent selection of food. I have never felt so content after a meal with my partner. We had the nightly lamb special and it was out of this world. Their drink list was great too. We didn’t have room, but we are definitely going to come back for their variety of Tapas during Happy Hour. Thank you Del Alma for a wonderful evening.
