Buffet?. This is an a’la carte buffet (ie. deli), not an all-you-can-eat buffet. This should not be classified as a buffet.
Co-op Deli Kitchen. I work at the Co-op as a cashier and check people out who just bought something at the buffet which is both a salad bar and a hot bar. The food is delicious. You can mix and match what you want since it is a buffet. I almost always put down a bed of mixed greens and put a hot dish on top.Occasionally there is a dish that isn’t so great, but almost always is.
