I have eaten at Les Caves three times in the last two month. Iam addicted to this place. The beer selection is excellent and the food is some of the best in Corvallis and on par with Block 15. It’s also very reasonably priced given the high quality ingredients. I have also had excellent service each time. Don’t be put off but the score or previous negative comments.
Good effort, poor product. After hearing so much hype surrounding Les Caves I was surprisingly disappointed in their menu (food and drink). Given that Oregon is famous for its microbreweries and wineries, Les Caves is significantly lacking a local/regional beer and wine selection. I understand they are interested in promoting a European style beir haus, but c’mon. Our server couldn’t even explain the choice of a French restaurant name. The appetizer menu is also lacking affordable, tasty options.

But it is the food that shines. Incredible croque Monsieur, house burger dare I say (and I love the Block15 burger) BETTER and delicious? Don’t be deterred by the $$$ vs. $$ next door, yes a couple bucks more but it depends on what you choose to eat an drink (you can spend mor at Block15 that way). Corvallis has a winner, try it!
