Most Delicious Bagels. I wish I could aptly describe how wonderful these bagels are, as they are baked to perfection. I’ve been eating NY’s bagels from the Co-Op, and now I get to go straight to the source (without having to drive to Monmouth). The people who run the place are lovely, the service is friendly and efficient, the prices are great. Was not wowed with a sandwich I purchased there once, but who cares. I hope they do well in Corvallis, as they know how to make a bagel.

Originally from Chicago, I have had a lot of bagels in my day. This place is the BEST!
Worth It. Like others, our family was excited to see a new bagel place opening in Corvallis. It looks like a family business and the service was good. I honestly have no idea how authentic the bagels are, but I will definitely return to get a dozen now and then to take home. I went there with a toddler so when we go out the food needs to appear ASAP, which it did. Ample seating compared to Einstein’s and it’s in north Corvallis. Plus, it will be making that shopping center a little less empty looking. Glad the bagel drought is now over in that part of town! Everyone should visit so they stay in business!
BEST BAGELS IN CORVALLIS!. I have been so frustrated with Eisenstein, and then, as if answering my silent pleas, NY Bagels appeared. Their New Yorker bagel sandwich is amazing. From the capers to the lox, everything about it is perfection. We need to keep this place busy and in business so we can actually have respectable bagels in Corvallis!
Good Experience. I went here today and was pleased. The people were very nice and seemed to love serving customers even when they were being difficult. I was looking for a great place to study for finals. I wanted a place that had coffee, wifi, and outlets for my laptop. Many of the coffee shops are way too crowded and I can never find outlets. This was a nice environment, had all of the things that I needed, and exceeded my expectations. The price for the sandwiches were a little steep, but was very good. I will come back.

Soft Opening! I overheard this was day three so they are still getting their feet wet. Hours are not yet set. Breakfast & Lunch served all day however.I enjoyed my California Sandwich on a Spinach Bagel but they were out of Guac. For $7.50 it may be a push but I think Corvallis can and will support these prices. To be honest I am not well versed in bagel pricing…My Iced Vanilla Latte was okay. Good enough not to bother with a second stop if you’re already here. They do use Ghirardelli products so that is a huge plus! They stayed busy the whole time I was there. A nice cross section of customers coming and going. The staff was pleasant and trying to keep up with the orders. The man running the show learned his trade in NYC. I think they will gain a loyal following. I will certainly be back to try some of the bagels (Garlic) they were out of at the time.
