Good food, but overshadowed by poor service.. This was my first time going to Sam’s Station and I took my girlfriend for brunch on a Sunday morning. We were seated about 10:45 after a 10 minute wait and given water and menus. 15 minutes later, I got up to tell the hostess we were ready to order. We ordered coffee, hot chocolate, and breakfast. 15 minutes later, I got up and asked for our drinks, they were out in another 5. Another half hour went by before we got out food. The food was good, but not great, and certainly wasn’t worth an hour wait.We were about ready to pay for our drinks and leave when the food finally came out. I had just finished my coffee and girlfriend has finished her hot chocolate. Luckily we bought a lemon muffin when we first go there, because we were starving! The muffin was delicious, but did not overshadow the poor service.
