Went to Taco Bell in Corvallis as a treat for the kids. Ordered a 12 pack of CRUNCHY TACOS NO LETTUCE. Get home, bloody bother-lettuce on all of them. Had it been for adults, not a big deal, but this was for three autistic kids so no go. Had to drive back, and go inside and ask for the order to be corrected. Got CRAPPY attitude from the staff. They did NOT relish replacing my order, that much was clear. They were rude and commented loud enough for me to hear that they ‘HAD to replace it and it was a wasted etc’. Yes, yes it was a waste- a waste that could have been avoided had they gotten it right the first time. SIGHS. When at last my replacement box of tacos was provided, I get home only to discover they’d not only miscounted this time, giving me 11 instead of 12 tacos….but there was BARELY anything on the tacos at all. Pathetic, and I’m pretty sure some kind of sad retribution for their having to do the order over. Worse, one of the rudest among them seemed to be some kind of shift/leader of some kind. As I was waiting there, I happen to glance behind the counter and the floor is DIRTY…with food waste all over and sticking out from under equipment as well. Not like the place was busy either…only two other customers already eating inside and one person at the drivethru. Will not be returning.
