It wasn’t bad, it just wasn’t good. It had such good reviews so I had high hopes. Maybe it was just an off night. I’m not sure if I’ll try it again. we ordered massaman curry and phad thai. The sweet sticky rice was really good though.
Favorite restaurant in Corvallis. I have been here twice with people who have lived in Thailand, and they loved the food and so do I. Delicious, authentic food. Friendly service.
No Thanks. I have been here a few times and I am not impressed. The servers are friendly but the food is disappointing. I tried to give them another chance today only because Tarn Tip isn’t open on Sundays. I was craving Phad Thai and didn’t think it would be that hard. It was to go and I should have known better. I got home to eat it and it was burnt. seriously… burnt! lame! I will not go back.
Not a fan. I want to like this place, I really do. But unfortunately, of the four or so times I’ve eaten here, I have had rather unpleasant experiences. First, the service is aweful, I have sat in there for an hour with the waiters and waitresses bring out several different customers’ orders to me. Even with that, they wouldn’t check back up on me or my group. The food (in my opinion) is bland and just bad. The salad rolls are probably the worst thing on the menu there. It’s too bad because there aren’t many places in Corvallis to get thai food, but I would recommend Tarntip over Thai chili any day.
YUMMY!. I go to this restaurant a lot because its right off the OSU campus. The food is really good and the service is average. My only complaint is that the curry is a little watery, but only sometimes.
Eat here is you like tons of salt in your food. My dinner was salted to the point of being inedible. It tasted like something out of a frozen dinner. I really like Thai food, and maybe have been spoiled by restaurants in the Bay Area that are run by expats.
Meh…. Eaten there a few times now. Pad Thai was decent. I guess it was fair priced. I had level 5/5 on the hot scale and I wasn’t impressed. I ended up drowning it in sriracha. Their bubble tea was TERRIBLE!!! and their pho was a joke! WORST PHO EVER.period. the only reason I don’t give them a one star is the people there are SUPER friendly and how could you be mad at someone who’s only facial expression in a smile?
