Breakfast & a Burger. My girlfriend and I have dined here twice now but today was especially exciting because it wasn’t too cold or breezy for her to sit out on the porch. The exciting element being the thunder storm passing through town and it certainly makes for a unique dinning experience. We were here again because she seriously enjoyed the burger last time (as did I) and was eager to try their brunch menu. I settled on the Bacon & Cheddar Omelette with hash browns and as expected it was delicious. The bacon stole the show. My gf had the burger with pepperjack this time and said it was moist and flavorful with any additional sauces! We both agree the house made chips are great at no extra charge. (Fries, soup or salad for $1.50 extra.)The same folks who own Cloud & Kelly’s run the show here so I expect things will always be above par. You order & pay at the bar then seat yourself inside or out. (Limited seating undercover.) There’s craft beer and a full bar to wet your whistle along with Pacifica Coffee and soft drinks, etc… Service is friendly but sometime stretched a bit thin so be patient and be prepared to bus your table. Right now (summer time) is a good time to go because most of the students are gone and it’s not packed. They stay open late 7 days a week so you really don’t have an excuse not to check them out!
