Disappointing!. My husband and I were recently vacationing in Sunriver and chose to eat at Marcello’s. What a disappointing meal! The quality of the food was poor as well as the preparation, particularly for the price charged. I do not know how this restaurant rates 86% satisfaction. The only redeeming quality was the service. The waitress was very friendly and attentive.
My husband and I made reservations for 6:30pm. We were seated in under a minute even though we were 20 minutes early. I had the Ravioli di Portabella and he had the Linguini con Carne. We both loved our meals. The wait staff was friendly and attentive and the atmosphere was romantic. Portions were generous. This was a wonderful restaurant and we would highly recommend Marcello’s to anyone
Good restaurant. This was the first time we have gone to this restaurant in Sunriver. We had a very good meal with enough for lunch the next day. The best dish by far was the carbonara, but the spicy pennes were good as well. The service was excellent. Good job Marcello’s.
The food was just ok. For the amount of $$ we spent, I was hoping for more authentic flavors. The spinach salad was good and the homemade bread was as well. The marinara sauce that accompanied the parmigiana tasted like it came from a jar.
The meal was very tasty and I will return . However it was barely warm. Made me wonder if it was made to order.
Very very good! Great wine selection. Attentive server. Just enough time between courses. Food could have been just a bit warmer. Priced right. Will come back next visit to Sunriver.
Love this place!. We always go to Marcellos when we’re in Sunriver. We have gotten to know the owner who works most nights.Very friendly! They always have great food and wine recommendations. Pizza is fabulous!Look forward to going there tonight!
