For SunRiver this place is fabulous and it’s good tasty food it would hold up in any cosmopolitan area. Drinks and muscles were phenomenal. All 5 entrees were very good (and that is rare with 5 picky eaters). In my opinion this is the only good food reason to come back to SunRiver. Breakfast at Cafe Sintra, dinner here. BTW, new owners and new chef so discount anything prior. Definitely give it a go. We will.

What a wonderful evening! From the hand tossed salad with candied walnuts and blue cheese crumbs with a delicious balsamic vinaigrette to a melt in your mouth Beef Tenderloin. My wife had a superb Macadamia Nut encrusted sturgeon. Can’t wait to come back!

Absolutely hands down the best restaurant in Sunriver. Everything is fresh and delicious. Inventive menu and excellent service. But make a reservation– this place is always packed–and for good reason.

South Bend Bistro yum, yum.. I like fish but cooking it at home stinks! Recently I had the pleasure of dining at the Bistro, so of course I had the fish. The fresh salmon with lemon leek sauce melted in my mouth. The sauce was a perfect complement to the salmon. If you like salmon you must try this dish at the Bistro, you’ll be pleasantly surprised. The staff was very accommodating, even with a sudden rush of patrons. So if your in Sunriver you got to try the South Bend Bistro, you won’t be sorry.

A gem of a restaurant. This is not just the best restaurant in Sunriver — it would be that in most towns. Splendid dishes created from first-class ingredients by a European-trained chef, offered in a blissfully tranquil dining room — or, in warm weather, on a spacious deck under the pines if you prefer. Attentive yet unobtrusive service throughout. It’s pretty close to perfection — there is no dish we have tried that has not been delicious. No glitzy frills, just elegant food beautifully prepared and served. (And may their dessert menu always include Chocolate Creme Brulee!)

The top dining spot at Sunriver. Excellent food and service. Never go to Sunriver without having at least one meal here.
