Best food, amazing options. The Terrebonne Depot is a wonderful end to a day out at Smith Rock State Park, or even if you’re just passing through. The food is incredible, and the menu has so many options, from simple burgers and steaks to more eccentric options like fish tacos and pork belly wraps. Everyone is so friendly, and the atmosphere is lovely – a converted and revamped train depot! Don’t miss the chocolate banana bread pudding, my favorite. And be sure to sit on the balcony if the weather is nice!

Great Meal. Stopped by after climbing on Sunday. Great relaxing atmosphere. Had the Ziti and my wife had Puttanesca Prawns. OH so good. The chef even came out to say hi!

Not enough choices…… The service was slow and the place wasn’t very busy.Garlic mashed potatoes was what you get with the dinners….. no potato choices…. not even baked potatoes! The condiments for the burgers were ketchup and mustard. No thousand Island or sweet pickle relish. 1 small tomato slice and 1 leaf of lettuce completed the sandwich and the price was too high for what we got.

Dont Miss This Place. Weve eaten here twice, once a full-on birthday dinner and the other lighter fare after an afternoon at Smith Rocks. This is a gem of a restaurant and is just off Hwy 97. The interesting menu has something for everyone, and it’s healthy and well prepared food. The owners are climbers themselves. Great Oregon microbrews on tap, excellent service and a great space. Eat outside in the summer. Check out the views towards Smith Rocks or look west to the Central Oregon Cascades. We haven’t found good food like this in Bend. Put this place on your radar screen.

Must stop after visiting Smith Rock. I would mirror most of the comments below – this place is a great stop after spending some time climbing Smith Rock (maybe not the face but the hike to the top or around). The burgers were very good – try the Oregon Burger and a beer. It will replace all those calories you burned on the hike, and then some. I highly recommend before the trip back to Portland or Bend.

Great Food. We stopped in for lunch on our way back from a day of hiking at Smith Rock. I had the hummus plate and my husband had a caramelized onion burger. Both of them were great. We had great service even though they were swamped with an unexpected crowd. Would recommend this to all hikers and climbers at Smith Rock.
