POOR Service. When we walked into this restaurant last night, they’re we 2 people working, and the place was 1/2 full, we should have left then. After 10 minutes I walked around the place looking for a server, he told me that I should give him a break after asking for water. This place has been ok in the past, but is currently under staffed. Keep driving and don’t eat here.
Good food and good service. We have been customers since this restaurant opened. We get excellent service and the owner does a good job making us feel welcome. It helps to be locals. Mexican food appreciation is a matter of personal preference which is how there can be a dozen competitors within 20 miles. We have tried most menu items and appreciate the care with which food is prepared. We now order the same things to the point that our waiter mostly knew our order and recited it to us last night. There is a full bar with interesting looking drinks but I always order a not very good Cabernet (my only criticism is they need better wine) and my wife gets a real coca cola made with cane sugar. I recommend it.
Try The Enchilaas La Crema!. Just returned from a nice dinner here with my husband and son. Tonight I tried the Enchiladas La Crema, really good! The sauce was rich and creamy, very different and unique to this restaurant. :)01 Feb, 2011Love The Chili Rellenos!. We just returned from a nice meal at El Mariachi Loco, the chili rellenos were great, service is very friendly and I love the glasses that the water comes in, very different and pretty. Great place! :)29 Aug, 2010Two Thumbs Up!. We dined here before doing some putting at The Highland’s Golf Course tonight. Great place, colorful ambinace, attentive service, fresh chips and Guacamole, great chicken enchiladas that were full of flavor and my non-alcoholic Margeurita was perfectly blended and served in a pretty glass. We will be back! 🙂
