Restaurant Dining. Nov. 30 on a Friday Night we stayed at the Salishan Resort. The rooms are great. We booked dinner for 6 PM. I had the CIOPPINO and it ws terrible. It had frozen stringy east coast crab claws in it. I complained and told the waiter that it was not acceptable. He took it off the bill and said it wsa not the first time he had complaints on it. Whae I asked him about it BEFORE I ordered, he just said it was messy. Not sure why he didn’t tell me that their were better choices. I asked to speak to the head Chef about it and he said he was not there. I thought that strange for a Friday Night at 6PM. Maybe that’s why the food was so terrible…no one’s paying attention to detail. How sad. It used to be one of our favorite places. We will not be back.
